Educational drama makes heavy demands on teachers’ energy and time. This book suggests ways to stimulate work for children, by using improvisation in actor training, role-play, drama therapy and the study of Shakespeare. This innovative work includes the play, Radical Will, which brings Shake­speare to life for today’s children by presenting the characters and scenarios in a light with which they can empathise.
